Yes. Spectrum accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards on Spectrum.net, in the My Spectrum app, through its automated phone line, in Spectrum stores, and for Auto Pay.
The only card payment fee Spectrum lists is a $5.00 processing fee when you pay by phone with a customer service agent.
Ways to Pay Spectrum With a Credit Card
- Spectrum.net: Sign in, go to Billing, and choose Make a Payment or Pay My Bill. You can make a one-time payment or set up Auto Pay.
- My Spectrum app: Open the Billing tab and tap Make Payment to choose the amount, date, and payment method.
- Automated phone line: Call 833-267-6094. Spectrum accepts checking or savings accounts, debit cards, and Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover credit cards.
- Spectrum stores: Spectrum says there is no processing fee for payments made at its stores, which accept major credit cards.
Spectrum notes that if your service has been disconnected, you can still pay on Spectrum.net but not through the My Spectrum app.
How to Set Up Spectrum Auto Pay With a Credit Card
- Pay any current balance first. Spectrum recommends a one-time payment before enrolling so you don't get a late fee.
- Sign in as the primary user on Spectrum.net and open the Billing tab.
- Select Enroll in Auto Pay and enter your card details. Spectrum accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, debit cards, and checking or savings accounts. Non-reloadable prepaid cards can't be used.
- Pick your payment date. Spectrum lets you customize the Auto Pay withdrawal date under Manage Auto Pay.
Keep your card details current. Spectrum says a $5 fee applies when an Auto Pay payment fails, and it gives you three days after notifying you to update your payment method before the fee is charged.

You can mail a check or money order to the address on your statement, including your account number. Spectrum stores also take cash, checks, and debit cards, and third-party locations such as Western Union, MoneyGram, Walmart, and Schnucks may accept walk-in payments under their own rules and fees.
