What Is ZO by Tishman Speyer?
ZO is Tishman Speyer's global amenity network, named after the Greek word for "life." It was built for companies that lease space in Tishman Speyer buildings, giving their teams access to shared spaces, member events, discounts at local businesses, and workplace services.
Members find spaces and book time through the ZO app. The Business Platinum benefit opens two parts of the network to Card Members: ZO Clubhouses, which work like a lounge in the middle of the city, and ZO Studios, which are coworking spaces set up for a full day of work.

ZO operates in more than a dozen cities worldwide, including London, Paris, and São Paulo. The Amex announcement lists more than 20 locations across six U.S. cities for Card Members: New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
What Does the Business Platinum ZO Benefit Include?
Business Platinum Card Members get:
- Unlimited access to ZO Clubhouse locations
- 4 guest day passes per week at Clubhouses
- 4 complimentary day passes per month to U.S. ZO Studio locations
- Up to $500 in statement credits per eligible Card Account each calendar year toward event space bookings at ZO or Studio locations and/or the purchase of a Dining Club membership, when you pay with your eligible Card
- A Card Member version of the ZO site and app that lists participating spaces and explains how to earn the statement credits
Guest passes reset weekly and Studio passes reset monthly. Most of the value comes from regular use, so a single visit a year won't get you much.
How Do You Activate the ZO Membership?
You don't need to enroll with American Express. Instead, activate your ZO membership online or in the ZO app before your first visit.
Studio visits must be reserved in advance through the ZO app or website. If you need a desk on a specific day, book it early.
When Does the ZO Benefit Start?
The benefit goes live on October 22, 2026. You may not see Card Member access in the ZO app before that date.
The up to $500 credit runs on a calendar year basis. The announcement doesn't say whether 2026 gets the full amount or a prorated one, so check the benefit terms in your Amex account before booking an event this year with the credit in mind.
What Other Credits and Benefits Come With the Business Platinum Card?
ZO joins a long list of statement credits on the Business Platinum Card, and each one runs on its own schedule. Here's how the main credits work and when they reset.
Up to $600 Hotel Credit (Semi-Annual)
Get up to $300 in statement credits semi-annually, for up to $600 per calendar year, on prepaid Fine Hotels + Resorts® or The Hotel Collection bookings through American Express Travel using your Business Platinum Card.
Up to $1,150 Dell Technologies Credit (Annual)
Enroll and get up to $150 in statement credits on U.S. purchases directly with Dell Technologies, plus an additional $1,000 statement credit after you spend $5,000 or more on those purchases, per calendar year.
Up to $250 Adobe Credit (Annual)
Get a $250 statement credit after you spend $600 or more on purchases directly with Adobe in a calendar year.
Up to $360 Indeed Credit (Quarterly)
Enroll and get up to $90 in statement credits per quarter on purchases with Indeed. Unused credit doesn't carry over to the next quarter.
Up to $200 Hilton Credit (Quarterly)
Get up to $50 in statement credits each quarter on eligible purchases made directly with a property in the Hilton portfolio. Hilton for Business membership is required.
Up to $120 Wireless Credit (Monthly)
Get up to $10 in statement credits each month on wireless telephone service purchased directly from a U.S. wireless provider.
Up to $219 CLEAR+ Credit (Annual)
Pay for a CLEAR+ membership with your Business Platinum Card and get up to $219 back per calendar year (subject to auto-renewal).
Travel Status and Lounge Access
The card also includes complimentary Hilton Honors™ Gold status and Marriott Bonvoy® Gold Elite status (enrollment required), plus access to the American Express Global Lounge Collection at airports. ZO adds a lounge option for the days you're working in the city instead of flying out of it.
Kudos tip: Between ZO, monthly wireless credits, quarterly Indeed and Hilton credits, semi-annual hotel credits, and annual Dell and Adobe credits, this card resets something almost every month. The Kudos Benefits Tracker keeps all of them in one place so you can see what's left before each one resets.

Who Gets the Most Value From ZO Access?
This benefit is built for Card Members who live in or regularly travel to one of the six ZO cities. If you're a founder or freelancer who currently pays for coworking, the 4 monthly Studio passes and unlimited Clubhouse access could cover a good chunk of your work week.
The event space credit is a better fit if you host client meetings, team offsites, or small events. If you rarely visit any of these cities, the benefit won't move the needle for you.
How Kudos Can Help You Remember to Use It
ZO adds three more resets to an already busy card: weekly guest passes, monthly Studio passes, and an annual credit of up to $500 that resets every January. That's on top of the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual credits above.
Kudos Premium includes Benefits Tracker, which keeps track of your card credits and benefits, including business cards like the Business Platinum. Add your card to your Kudos Wallet, and Kudos can remind you to use your benefits before they reset, so value like your unused Studio passes, your Indeed credit, or your event space credit doesn't quietly expire.
Kudos also recommends the best card for each purchase based on how you've set up your wallet. That way you can use your Business Platinum where it earns the most and let your other cards handle everything else. Visit joinkudos.com for current Premium pricing.
