Chase's 2026 Partnership Benefits: Complete Value Breakdown for Instacart, Lyft, DoorDash & Peloton
July 1, 2025

Calculate your $480–$1,200+ in annual savings from Chase's extended partnerships through 2027.
What's New in 2026
Chase's four core partnerships — Instacart, Lyft, DoorDash, and Peloton — remain active and fully intact heading into 2026, but there are several meaningful updates cardholders need to know about:
- CSR Lyft earn rate changed: As of April 1, 2025, Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardholders now earn more on Lyft rides — down from 10x. The tradeoff is a new $10/month in-app Lyft credit (up to $120/year), which more than compensates for most cardholders who ride regularly.
- Peloton membership credit added: Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardholders now receive up to $120 in annual statement credits toward Peloton memberships (including All-Access, Rental, App One, App+, Guide, or Strength+ plans) — separate from the points on hardware. This is in addition to equipment purchase bonuses and wasn't available in prior years.
- DashPass + Lyft cross-perk stacking: DashPass members can now get 5% off on-demand Lyft rides and 10% off scheduled airport rides (up to 4 per month combined), plus 2 free Priority Pickup upgrades per month. This creates a powerful loop between two Chase partnerships most cardholders don't know to combine.
- The Edit hotel credits: Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardholders can now earn up to $500 in annual statement credits on prepaid bookings through The Edit by Chase Travel (starting January 1, 2026, max $250 per transaction, two-night minimum). This stacks with existing partnership value.
- All partnerships confirmed through 2027: Lyft runs through September 30, 2027; Instacart, DoorDash, and Peloton all run through December 31, 2027 — giving cardholders nearly two more full years of guaranteed value.
These changes make 2026 arguably the best year yet to activate and maximize Chase's partnership ecosystem.
The Opportunity: $1,200+ in Annual Credits Through 2027
If you're a Chase cardholder — or considering becoming one — you have access to potentially $1,200 or more in annual credits through Chase's expanded partnership ecosystem. Starting in 2025, Chase extended and expanded partnerships with Instacart, Lyft, DoorDash, and Peloton, all running through at least late 2027.
Here's what changed: Chase cardholders took over 200 million Lyft rides since the original 2020 partnership launched. The success prompted Chase to expand benefits across more cards and add new partners like Instacart. These aren't minor perks — they're monthly credits that offset daily expenses you're likely already paying for.
The urgent timeline: Some benefits started April 1, 2025 (Lyft), others May 1, 2025 (Instacart), and several run through December 31, 2027. Missing enrollment means leaving money on the table.
Understanding Chase's Strategic Partnership Ecosystem
Chase has built an interconnected benefits ecosystem across four major lifestyle categories:
- Groceries: Instacart (expanded May 2025)
- Transportation: Lyft (renewed through September 2027)
- Food Delivery: DoorDash (extended through December 2027)
- Fitness: Peloton (extended through December 2027)
Unlike one-off promotional offers, these partnerships create compounding value. A Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardholder, for example, receives benefits across all four categories simultaneously — monthly Instacart credits, Lyft credits, DoorDash credits, Peloton membership credits, and bonus points on Peloton purchases.
Why this matters for you: If you already use two or more of these services, the combined annual value can exceed many premium cards' annual fees. If you don't currently use these services, the benefits might make them worthwhile to try.

Business Cards: $240 Annual Value (Double the Credits)
Ink Business Cash® Credit Card and Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card receive enhanced benefits:
- Complimentary 3-month Instacart+ membership
- Monthly Instacart credit
What Instacart+ Includes

- Access to exclusive deals
Lyft Partnership Details: $120–$144 Annual Value

Chase renewed its Lyft partnership through September 2027, making Lyft Chase's exclusive rideshare partner.
Important 2026 update: The CSR earn rate dropped points on Lyft as of April 1, 2025. In exchange, CSR cardholders now receive a in-app Lyft credit. For most cardholders who use Lyft regularly, the monthly credit more than compensates for the reduced earn rate.
2026 Tip: DashPass + Lyft
If you have both DashPass and use Lyft, you can stack discounts. DashPass members who link their Lyft account get some percent off on-demand Lyft rides and also on scheduled airport rides, plus 2 free Priority Pickup upgrades per month. Since both are Chase benefits, this is pure incremental value most cardholders leave uncaptured.
DoorDash Partnership Benefits: $60–$360 Annual Value

Chase's DoorDash partnership continues through December 31, 2027, with both complimentary DashPass memberships and monthly credits:
Chase Sapphire Reserve®: Up to $360 Annual Value
Benefits:
- Complimentary DashPass membership through December 31, 2027
- Monthly credit for restaurant orders
- Two promos each month on grocery/convenience orders
DashPass includes:
- $0 delivery fees on eligible orders $12+
- Reduced service fees
- Exclusive deals and member-only benefits
- 5% off on-demand Lyft rides + 10% off scheduled airport Lyft rides (when linked)
Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card: Up to $239.88 Annual Value
Benefits:
- Complimentary DashPass membership through December 31, 2027
- One promo each month on grocery/convenience orders
Freedom® and Slate® Cards: Variable Value
Benefits:
- 6 months free DashPass
- One promo each quarter on grocery/convenience orders (up to $40 annually)
Peloton Partnership Benefits: Points + Membership Credit

Chase extended its Peloton partnership through December 31, 2027. In 2026, the CSR benefit expanded beyond equipment bonuses to include an annual Peloton membership credit — one of the most underreported perks of the refreshed card.
Chase Sapphire Reserve®: Points + Membership Credit
Benefits:
- Points on Peloton equipment purchases over $150
- Annual statement credits toward Peloton memberships (All-Access, Rental, App One, App+, Guide, or Strength+)

How to Maximize These Partnership Benefits

Step 1: Enroll Immediately After Approval
Instacart: Sign up or log in → add eligible Chase card as payment → activate complimentary Instacart+ membership in account settings. Credits automatically apply at checkout.
Lyft: Credits automatically apply for Sapphire Reserve® cardholders. Link your DashPass account to Lyft to unlock the cross-perk discounts.
DoorDash: Download DoorDash → add Chase card as payment → click the activation button for DashPass. Credits and promos appear at checkout automatically.
Peloton: No enrollment needed for hardware points. For the $10/month membership credit (CSR only), ensure your Chase card is on file with Peloton and activate through your Chase account's Benefits page.
Step 2: Set Monthly Reminders
Monthly credits don't roll over. Set calendar reminders for the 25th of each month for:
- Instacart: Use your credit before month-end
- Lyft: Use your credit before month-end (Chase Sapphire Reserve® only)
- DoorDash: Use restaurant credit and grocery promos before month-end
- Peloton membership credit: Ensure your eligible membership renews monthly on your Chase card
Step 3: Stack Benefits for Maximum Value
Strategy 1: Combine Instacart credits with promotions: Use your monthly Instacart credit on weeks when Instacart runs retailer-specific promotions
Strategy 2: Stack DashPass + Lyft: Link your DashPass account to the Lyft app. This unlocks discount on on-demand rides and airport rides, on top of your CSR's monthly Lyft credit and points. Three benefits from two Chase partnerships, one ride.
Strategy 3: Use DoorDash grocery credits for pantry staples: Instead of using DoorDash for restaurants exclusively, use the grocery promos on household essentials. Many items have same-day delivery with lower service fees.
Strategy 4: Coordinate Lyft credits with airport rides: Save your Lyft credit for airport trips, which typically run $30–60. Combined with the monthly credit, you cut that cost to $20–50.
Step 4: Understanding Application Decisions
Before you apply, know this:
- Chase typically uses a "5/24 rule" for Sapphire and Freedom cards
- Co-branded cards often have more flexible approval criteria
Step 5: Track Your Savings with Kudos
Use Kudos Insights to automatically track:
- When monthly credits renew
- Which benefits you've used vs. missed
- Total annual value captured from partnership benefits
- Personalized recommendations for maximizing rewards
According to Kudos data, the average user misses $624 in card benefits annually. Kudos helps ensure these Chase partnership benefits don't become part of that statistic.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do these benefits require enrollment, or are they automatic?
Most benefits require one-time enrollment by adding your Chase card as a payment method in each partner app. Once enrolled, credits and points automatically apply. The exception is Peloton hardware points — those are automatic. The new CSR Peloton membership credit requires linking a Peloton account through your Chase Benefits page.
What happens if I don't use my monthly credits?
Monthly credits expire at the end of each calendar month and do not roll over. If you don't use your Instacart credit in March, you cannot carry it into April. Set reminders to avoid forfeiting value.
Can I stack my DashPass and Lyft benefits together?
Yes — and most cardholders don't realize this. DashPass members who link their Lyft account get some percent off on-demand rides and also on scheduled airport rides, plus 2 free Priority Pickup upgrades. This stacking works on top of any CSR Lyft credits and points.
Can I stack multiple Chase cards' benefits?
No. If you hold multiple eligible cards, you can only enroll one card per partnership per account. Choose the card offering the highest benefit value for each service.
What happens if I cancel my Chase card before 2027?
You lose access to all partnership benefits immediately upon card cancellation. If you've paid an annual fee, you may receive a prorated refund depending on your account agreement.
Is the Peloton membership credit new for CSR cardholders?
Yes. The monthly statement credit toward Peloton memberships was added as part of the 2025–2026 partnership expansion. Eligible memberships include All-Access, Rental, App One, App+, Guide, and Strength+.
Do purchases made with these credits earn Chase points or cash back?
No. When you use statement credits, you're not spending money — the credit covers the cost. You only earn points or cash back on amounts you pay above the credit threshold.
How do these benefits compare to competing cards?
Chase's partnership ecosystem is unique in its breadth — few issuers offer coordinated benefits across groceries, rideshare, food delivery, and fitness simultaneously. American Express offers Uber Cash and dining credits on the Platinum card, and Capital One partners with Walmart+ for some cards. However, Chase's combined DoorDash, Instacart, Lyft, and Peloton ecosystem creates more consistent monthly value for urban and suburban cardholders than most competitors.
Bottom Line: Who Should Apply for a Chase Card in 2026?
The expanded Chase partnership ecosystem delivers measurable value from $253 to $1,007+ annually, depending on your card and usage patterns. Here's who benefits most:
You should definitely apply if:
- You spend $100+ monthly on food delivery, groceries, or rideshare services
- You live in an urban or suburban area with strong Instacart, Lyft, and DoorDash coverage
- You currently pay out-of-pocket for these services without earning rewards
- You have or plan to get a Peloton membership
- You want a card whose annual fee is offset by tangible monthly credits
You should wait or consider alternatives if:
- You live in a rural area with limited delivery service coverage
- You prefer shopping in-store and avoid delivery fees
- You already hold 5+ credit cards opened in the past 24 months
- You have a credit score below 670
The most compelling cards by scenario:
- Maximum partnership value: Chase Sapphire Reserve®
- Best grocery credits: Ink Business Cash® Credit Card
- Best balanced value: Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card
- No annual fee option: Chase Freedom® Card
- Southwest flyers: Southwest Rapid Rewards® Priority Credit Card
The key is consistent usage — these benefits reward regularity, not occasional use. Start by comparing these cards on Kudos Explore to see personalized recommendations. Kudos Insights will then track your benefit usage to ensure you're capturing the full $253–$1,007+ in annual value.
