Chase Paze Promotion 2026: 10x Points on Sapphire and Freedom Cards (Plus $10 Back Per Purchase)
July 1, 2025

Paze is currently running two separate promotions, and most people are only taking advantage of one. If you have a Chase Sapphire or Freedom card, you can layer them on top of each other for a significantly better return on the same purchases.
Here's what's available and how to maximize both.
What Is Paze?
Paze is a digital wallet for online checkout, backed by a consortium of major U.S. banks including Bank of America, Capital One, Chase, Citi, US Bank, Wells Fargo, PNC, and Truist. It works similarly to PayPal or Apple Pay at participating merchants. No new app or account required. It links to the email and phone number already tied to your bank accounts.
Promo 1: Spend $10, Get $10 Back (Through September 10, 2026)
Any Paze-eligible card at a participating merchant earns a $10 statement credit for every $10 spent, up to 10 times per card. That's up to $100 back per card, paid directly to your account as a statement credit, not points or wallet credit.
The cap is per card, not per account. If you have cards at multiple participating banks, each one gets its own 10x allowance.
The Newegg play: Newegg is one of roughly 30 participating Paze merchants and sells $10 gift cards. Buy a $10 gift card via Paze checkout, get $10 back as a statement credit, net cost $0. Do it 10 times per card and repeat across your wallet.
Promo 2: Chase 10x Bonus Points (Through December 31, 2026)
Chase cardholders on eligible consumer cards earn an additional 10 points per dollar when checking out with Paze at participating merchants, on up to $1,500 per month per card. For a full breakdown, see our Chase Paze 10x points guide.
Eligible cards:
- Chase Sapphire Reserve®
- Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card
- Chase Freedom Flex®
- Chase Freedom Unlimited®
- Chase Freedom (legacy, no longer open to new applicants)
Co-branded cards (United, Marriott, etc.) and business cards are not eligible.
The bonus stacks on top of your card's existing category earn. Book a United Airlines flight via Paze with the Sapphire Preferred and you're earning 10x (Paze bonus) + 2x (travel category) = 12x total. The $1,500/month cap applies per card, so holding multiple eligible Chase cards means multiple caps.
No activation required. Select Paze at checkout and the bonus points post automatically, though they can take up to 8 weeks to appear.
Known issue: Some Chase cardholders are hitting a "no eligible cards" error when linking to Paze. Chase hasn't given a fixed timeline, as of June 2026. Several users have reported it resolving on its own after 10-14 days.
