Mastercard Black Card Offer: 75,000 Bonus Points for a Limited Time (2026)
September 27, 2026

The content on this page is accurate as of the posting date; however, some of the offers mentioned may have expired.
The Mastercard® Black Card® (See Terms) usually doesn't come with a welcome offer. Right now it does: for a limited time, new cardmembers can earn 75,000 bonus points, worth $1,500 when redeemed for airfare.
Calculation formulated by Kudos, based on 75,000 points redeemed at a 2% value for airfare.
The 75,000-Point Offer
To earn the 75,000 bonus points, you need to do two things within the first 90 days after your account opens:
- Spend $6,000 on purchases, less credits, returns, and adjustments
- Pay the $699 annual fee in full
The second requirement is the one people miss. If you only pay your minimum payment due each month, the annual fee may not be paid in full within 90 days, and you won't earn the bonus. The fee counts as paid once your payments add up to at least the annual fee. The bonus points show up on your statement after you qualify.

Is the Offer Worth It?
Here's what the first year can look like if you earn the bonus and use both annual credits:
- 75,000 bonus points: $1,500 toward airfare, or $1,125 as cash back
- $200 annual airline credit for flight-related purchases like tickets, bag fees, and upgrades
- $100 annual dining credit on restaurant purchases
- $699 annual fee
- About $1,101 in net first-year value if you redeem for airfare
Calculation formulated by Kudos, based on 75,000 points at a 2% airfare value ($1,500) or 1.5% cash back value ($1,125), plus $300 in annual credits, minus the $699 annual fee.
That's before counting the card's other benefits: complimentary access to over 1,800 airport lounges with unlimited guest visits, an up to $120 Global Entry or TSA PreCheck® credit, Luxury Card Travel® perks averaging $750 per stay at over 3,000 properties, and 24/7 concierge service.
After the first year, the math gets tighter. Without the bonus, you're paying $699 a year for $300 in credits plus lounge access and concierge, and the card earns just 1 point per $1 outside of airfare and hotels booked through LuxuryCardTravel.com.
Hitting $6,000 in 90 days is easier when you can see your progress. Kudos Premium tracks your welcome offer spending and reminds you before the window closes.
Who Should Apply (and Who Should Skip)
The offer makes sense if you:
- Can spend $6,000 in 90 days on purchases you'd make anyway
- Can pay the $699 annual fee in full within those 90 days
- Redeem points for airfare, where they're worth 2% instead of 1.5% as cash back
- Will use the $200 airline credit, the $100 dining credit, and the lounge access
You may want to skip it if you:
- Would need to carry a balance or change your spending to hit $6,000
- Mostly want cash back, since points are worth 1.5% as cash back
- Won't use lounges or concierge enough to justify $699 a year after the first year

How It Compares to the Other Luxury Cards
The Mastercard® Black Card® sits in the middle of the Luxury Card family. The Mastercard® Titanium Card® costs $299 a year and keeps the lounge access and concierge but drops the airline and dining credits. The Mastercard® Gold Card™ costs $1,199 a year and adds $700 in annual credits plus a 2% value on cash back redemptions. Only the Black Card has the 75,000-point offer.
Calculation formulated by Kudos, based on the Gold Card's $300 airline credit, $200 dining credit, and $200 Ship&Play credit.

Frequently Asked Questions
When does the Mastercard Black Card offer end?
Luxury Card describes it as a limited-time offer. Check the terms on the application page before you apply, since the offer can end at any time.
Do the Mastercard Gold Card and Titanium Card have the same offer?
No. As of this writing, the 75,000-point offer is only on the Mastercard® Black Card®. See our Gold Card review and Titanium Card review for those cards.
Do purchases toward the $6,000 also earn points?
Yes. Purchases earn the card's regular points on top of the bonus: 2X on airfare and hotels booked through LuxuryCardTravel.com and 1 point per $1 on everything else.
Do the points expire?
No. Luxury Card points don't expire, and there are no blackout dates on airfare redemptions.
