You spoke and we listened! We’ve simplified Kudos Boost to give you more rewards with zero extra effort. Now, we share our merchant commissions directly with you on top of your regular card rewards so you’ll earn more, effortlessly.
What’s New with Kudos Boost?
We've transformed how Boost works, taking your rewards even further at over 15,000 participating stores. Instead of correlating Boost with your card rewards, we now directly share 100% of our merchant commissions with you. For example, if we earn a 12% commission from a partnered store, you get that full 12% on top of whatever your card already offers. It’s that simple.
Here’s How It Works
- Shop as usual at your favorite Boost-eligible stores
- Our AI automatically analyzes your cards and available rewards
- Receive your card’s rewards plus our merchant commission on eligible purchases
- That’s it!
How Kudos Gives 100% of What We Earn Back to You

Today, we make money in two main ways that allow us to pass 100% of the merchant commissions back to you:
Merchant Commissions: When you make a purchase, merchants pay us a commission. We pass 100% of these commissions directly to you through our Kudos Boost program so that you are stacking maximum rewards on top of your credit card rewards.
Card Application Commissions: When you apply for a credit card using one of our personalized tools—like Dream Wallet or our card explorer—we earn commissions from card issuers. Using our links to apply for cards directly supports us and helps us keep offering valuable tools and maximum rewards for free.

Let’s say you’re shopping at a store where you normally earn 3% back with your credit card on online purchases. We’ll use the Blue Cash Everyday® Card from American Express (See Rates & Fees) as an example:

- New Boost: You’ll earn 3% from your card, along with whatever percentage we earn; so let’s say we earn 12% at that store - you’ll now have a total of 15% (3% from your card, 12% from us)
- Old Boost: You’d earn 6% total (3% from your card rewards, 3% from Kudos)
