If Kudos doesn't save you more than the cost of your yearly subscription in the first 90 days, we'll make it right. You'll get the full amount back as a cash refund if you paid on web (via Stripe) or through Google Play, or as Kudos Boost credits if you subscribed through the Apple App Store, redeemable via PayPal Cash or an Amazon gift card.
How It Works
Sign up for a Kudos Premium yearly plan and use it. The bill negotiation, card-linked offers, and Boost cashback will start working in the background.
At day 90, if your total verified savings through Kudos are less than what you paid for the year, email support@joinkudos.com with the subject line "Savings Guarantee Request." We'll review your account and follow up within 5 business days.
Do not cancel your subscription or delete your account before emailing us at support@joinkudos.com. We need your account active to verify your savings. Once we've reviewed everything, we'll walk you through cancelling.
What We Count as Savings
- Boost cashback earned at checkout
- Card-linked offer savings activated through Kudos
- Confirmed bill negotiation savings
If the combined total is less than your subscription cost, you qualify.
The fastest way to hit your savings threshold is to activate card-linked offers before you shop. Kudos Premium does this automatically, so every eligible purchase counts toward your 90-day total without you lifting a finger.
How your Guarantee is Honored
If you paid on web (via Stripe) or through Google Play, you'll receive a cash refund back to your original payment method. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you will receive Kudos Boost credits equal to the amount you paid for your annual subscription. Here's why: Apple controls all billing for purchases made through the App Store. When you subscribe through Apple, your payment goes directly to Apple, not to Kudos. Apple takes their cut and passes the remainder to us, which means we never have access to your original payment method and cannot reverse the charge. This is a limitation that applies to every subscription app on iOS, not just Kudos. Your Boost credits are the full equivalent of a cash refund and can be redeemed via PayPal, which transfers straight to your bank account, or as an Amazon gift card. The money ends up in the same place. The standard $2.99 PayPal processing fee is waived for savings guarantee redemptions.
Who Qualifies
- First-time Kudos Premium yearly subscribers only
- You must have been subscribed to Kudos Premium for at least 90 days before submitting
- You cannot submit before day 90, even if you're already sure Kudos hasn't saved you enough. The window opens at day 90 and closes at day 120. If you miss it, the guarantee expires.
- If you've had any Kudos Premium subscription before (monthly or yearly, under any account), you're not eligible
- Does not apply to the Lifetime plan
- One use per account
